Sananga should be stored in the fridge.
Sananga
Sananga is a traditional plant extract from the Amazon, carried by the tribes we work with. Within Heartcore by Nature this Sananga comes from the Huni Kuin lineage. It is not a cosmetic product, but a powerful ritual that asks for your attention, your breath and a calm, conscious hand.
How to prepare
Wash your hands carefully, keep the bottle clean and do not touch the dropper with your fingers or eyelashes, so the contents stay as pure as possible. If you wear contact lenses, remove them beforehand and wait long enough before putting them back in. This is basic eye hygiene and prevents unnecessary irritation.
Choose a place where you don’t have to rush. Sit down, spine long, shoulders soft, breathe calmly through your nose. Your intention doesn’t have to be grand. It is about being clearly present.
The application as we learned it in the jungle
Apply 1 drop to the inner corner of the eye, close to the tear duct. Close the eye gently, without squeezing. Then blink calmly a few times so the plant extract can spread naturally through the eye. You let the effect move from the corner of the eye across the eye towards the other side, not by forcing but through attention, breath and gentle blinking.
Only choose a second drop when your body has experience with this and can carry it. More is not automatically better, certainly not with an extract that works so directly via the eyes and the nervous system.
What you may experience
Sananga can feel intense. Stinging, tears, warmth and a strong sharpening of focus are normal. This moment is not the goal but the gateway. Keep breathing calmly, relax your jaw, let your shoulders drop and stay present in your body. Give this process a few minutes of space, without distraction.
Aftercare and responsibility
Never use Sananga with several people from the same bottle. Stop immediately if complaints arise that do not fit a short, intense stimulus, such as persistent pain, lasting redness, pus formation or prolonged blurred vision. In that case a professional medical assessment is required.
Store Sananga cool and dry, preferably in the fridge or freezer when used less often. Concentration, preparation and shelf life differ per lineage and extraction method.
